self-awareness. Sorting out which behaviors contribute to their success and which
diminish their success is a powerful starting point for a person working to improve
his or her effectiveness.

and understand their psychological type preferences and the preferences and
working styles of teammates.
The Compass Solution
Compass utilizes proven tools to identify type preferences
and those behaviors a person uses on the job. We use
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to measure psychological
type preferences. We use the MBTI results for one-on-one
coaching and we lead Type Preference workshops to build more
effective teams.
Our 360° assessments are from the Clark Wilson Group,
one of the leaders in feedback instruments. The Clark
Wilson surveys identify leadership strengths and development
needs, generate self-awareness, assess skills that can
be developed and encourage responsibility for self-development. They
are an ideal precursor to building individual development
plans.
The Clark Wilson Leadership Practices survey looks at 17 areas
including Vision, Risk-taking, Teaming, Energy, Standards of
Performance and Persuasiveness.
These feedback tools can be used alone or in concert with individual
coaching. They are cost effective and can be administered for
